In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI (as amended), I give unequivocal consent to the Limited Liability Company “MOTOR DEVELOPMENT GROUP” (hereinafter – the Owner) for the processing, use and storage of my personal personal data collected through the website https://mdg-electriccar.com.ua/ (hereinafter – the Site) in the ways determined by the legislation of Ukraine and this Agreement.
Personal data transferred: name, phone, e-mail, which confirm my identity, using the information and telecommunications system of the Owner’s personal data for the purpose of: improving the operation of the Site, increasing the convenience and efficiency of my work with the Site, providing solutions, services and products that best meet my needs, determining my preferences, displaying advertisements (behavioral advertising), providing targeted information about the solutions, services and products of the Owner and its partners, providing me with targeted advertising based on my preferences/actions on the Site using services Facebook, Instagram, ensuring the technical feasibility of the Site’s functioning, implementing relations in the field of information security, ensuring the implementation of the Owner’s rights and obligations in the field of information exchange defined by legislation and other internal documents.

By ticking the “I agree to the collection and processing of my personal data” check mark on the Owner’s Site, the User – a natural person – the subject of personal data gives his unconditional consent to the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with the following conditions.
This Agreement is valid for the use of the User’s personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI.
By checking the item on the Site, I confirm that I am informed and agree with the following:
The Owner processes the User’s personal data in any way in order to properly provide the User with services (identification, authentication, authorization, password recovery, sending informational materials with the User’s consent, responses to the User’s requests and letters, leaving feedback on the quality of the Owner’s service, receiving advertising and special offers, other information about the Owner’s activities).
The processing of personal data should be understood as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, clarification (updating, changing), use, distribution (including transfer to third parties), depersonalization, destruction and other actions (operations) with personal data. I undertake to provide updated information as soon as my personal data changes.
The Owner includes the User’s data from the moment the User first provides (sends) his personal data to the Owner by filling out the registration form or the order form on the Owner’s Website.
The owner of the database does not inform the subject of personal data about the transfer of his personal data in the cases stipulated by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.
During the User’s use of the Site, third-party Internet resource codes may be present, as a result of which such third parties receive the personal data specified in paragraph 2 of this Agreement. Such third-party Internet resources are:
– systems for collecting website visit statistics (for example, Google Analytics and others);
– social plugins (blocks) of social networks (for example, Facebook and others);
– banner display systems (for example, AdRiver and others);
– other resources.
I, by the time of giving this consent, am familiar with my rights provided for by Law No. 2297, namely:
to know about the sources of collection, the location of your personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location and/or place of residence (residence) of the owner or manager of personal data or to give a corresponding mandate to receive this information to persons authorized by me, except for cases established by the Law;
receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom my personal data is transferred;
to access your personal data;
to receive no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law, an answer about whether my personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;
submit a reasoned claim to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of his personal data;
make a reasoned demand for the change or destruction of your personal data by any owner and manager of personal data, if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable;
to protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of data, as well as protection from providing information that is unreliable or disgraces the honor, dignity and business reputation of a natural person ;
appeal submit complaints about the processing of your personal data to state authorities and officials, to the Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;
enter a reservation regarding the limitation of the right to process your personal data when giving consent;
withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
to protect against an automated decision that has legal consequences for me.
By checking the item on the site page “I agree to the collection and processing of my personal data”, I also confirm that I have been informed about the inclusion of information about me in the personal data base for the above purpose, about my rights defined by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”, and as well as about the persons to whom my data is transferred to fulfill the above purpose.
Term of processing and storage: processing and storage of my personal data is carried out for the entire period that corresponds to the purpose specified in paragraph 2 of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of its provision by me.
