Subject to compliance with the operating instructions and all the technical characteristics specified in these instructions, in the event that a malfunction is detected during the warranty period, which actually occurred as a result of defects in the manufacture and processing of raw materials and materials, as well as improper installation, our company will provide you with warranty service free of charge , including the cost of man-hours and material costs for repair and replacement of spare parts, after they are detected by the “Service Station” or “CENNTRO After-Sales Service Department”.
Provided the technical requirements are met, “STO” has the right to determine a maintenance plan according to the condition of the vehicle, including repair or replacement of relevant spare parts.
The Company will provide warranty service for the entire vehicle subject to the following terms, conditions and limitations. Except as required by Chinese law, the warranty service specified in the Manual is the Company’s sole responsibility to customers.
Scope of quality assurance for the entire vehicle
The beginning of the warranty period for the entire car. It starts from the date of purchase of the vehicle by the end buyer from the company’s Partner or its Authorized Dealer. If the actual date of purchase is unclear, the vehicle’s ex-factory date shall prevail.
The term of the car quality guarantee
1)Our company provides quality assurance services for 36 months or 60,000 km (whichever comes first) for vehicle parts and assemblies (except wearing parts).
2) Provision of quality assurance services for 60 months or 200,000 km (whichever comes first) for main parts and components of the electric drive, batteries and electric control systems of commercial vehicles (including passenger cars, special cars and trucks) . 4) Spare parts (genuine Cenntro Automotive Corporation accessories) replaced or repaired free of charge during the warranty period due to quality problems cannot extend the quality warranty period of the spare parts themselves or the whole vehicle.
5) If the mileage is not determined due to a malfunction or damage to the odometer, the mileage is calculated as a cumulative total of 300 km per day from the date of purchase. If there is a record of warranty repair, mileage increases by 300 km per day from the date of repair. In case of replacement of the odometer, the mileage is taken into account together with the previous odometer.
In case of amendments to the national regulatory legal acts, the last of them shall prevail.
Scope of quality assurance for accessories
Definition of Parts: Genuine Cenntro Automotive Corporation parts provided by a “service station” during a user-paid repair at an authorized Cenntro Automotive Corporation service station.
During the warranty period of the parts, we will provide you free of charge quality control services for any damage caused by raw materials, manufacturing process and other reasons for genuine Cenntro Automotive Corporation parts, including man-hours and material costs incurred in repairing and replacing parts that will be provided free of charge. Cenntro Automotive Corporation retains parts replaced during the warranty period.
Provided that the technical requirements are met, “STO” has the right to determine a maintenance plan according to the condition of the vehicle, including repair or replacement of relevant spare parts.
- The beginning of the warranty period for accessories
It is calculated from the date of replacement of parts (if there is an invoice, a report of the work performed, an invoice for repairs) during a paid repair by the user at a service station authorized by the Company.
- Warranty period for components
We provide a quality guarantee of 3 months or 5,000 km (whichever comes first) on parts (except wear and tear) replaced during your paid repair at an authorized Service Center by the Company.
The warranty period for wearing parts is 3 months or 5,000 km (whichever comes first).
Categories and scope of wear parts: brake pads, tires, auxiliary batteries, remote control batteries, light bulbs, wiper blades, fuses and common relays (except integrated control unit).
Note: When applying for parts quality assurance services, the damaged parts must be kept in their original condition, and the final act or invoice issued at the “STO” during the last repair must be shown.
The Manufacturer’s Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only and does not cover:
- Damage caused by lack of regular and timely maintenance and repair at a service station authorized by the Company.
- Damage caused by misuse, maintenance and repair in accordance with the User Manual.
- Damage caused by misuse (such as dangerous driving, racing, overloading, excessive wading depth and other situations beyond the range of use of the vehicle), negligence and improper disposal.
- Damages caused as a result of the client’s improper self-remediation of the vehicle’s defects when defects in the quality of the vehicle are detected.
- Damage caused by conversion, retrofitting, adjustment or disassembly of the vehicle or its parts without the consent of the Company.
- Vehicles whose mileage cannot be confirmed due to disassembly or arbitrary conversion of the odometer or change of the odometer readings.
- Maintenance parts and items (excluding free maintenance items) required for normal wear, consumption or aging and maintenance, all types of petroleum fluids (lubricant, brake fluid, etc.) and additives, etc.
- Damage caused by external factors such as force majeure (such as earthquakes, typhoons and floods), chemical pollution, myrrh, acid rain, lightning, traffic accidents, theft, hail, mud, flying stones,dangerous roads, fire or natural disasters (such as wars and riots), as well as intentional and man-made damage, and caused by secondary damage arising from such natural disasters.
- The bottom of the body and superstructures of the vehicle and the wheel arches, which are exposed to the road surface and are not external surfaces of the vehicle body.
- Damage to leaf springs and spiral springs as a direct consequence of vehicle overloading;
- Any external damage to the battery, power electrical harnesses, connectors, as a result of which there is a failure of the battery itself, individual electrical components or the power system as a whole;
- Brake drums;
- Rubber engineering products (including bushings, silent blocks, various types of anthers and seals);
- All types of glass and external mirror elements;
- Operational wear and natural changes in the condition of parts that occur as a result of their performance of their functions (including parts of internal and external cladding, seat covers, in particular plastic, leather and other decorative elements of the interior, decorative external parts that are not an integral part of the body TK, moldings, overlays, chrome parts, railings, fasteners of the body, various types of roof, door handles and other parts of the external decorative decoration of the electric vehicle);
- Barely perceptible noise, vibrations, gap ratio of body and exterior parts that do not affect the quality of the functioning of the electric car;
- A small number of bright or dark points (no more than 3 pcs.) on the display screens installed by the Manufacturer;
- Fogging or the appearance of individual oil drops in the places of gaskets and oil seals, which does not require replenishment of lubricants between scheduled maintenance;
- Natural penetration and condensation of atmospheric moisture, due to physical processes, on the internal surfaces of components and parts of the vehicle (including external lighting devices);
- Defects arising in conditions that do not correspond to constant operating conditions;
- Appropriate damages caused by the inability to use vehicles or other indirect damages such as incidental loss of time, parking, telephone expenses, travel expenses, meals and lodging, gasoline, personal or commercial property or earnings, and moral damages, and any -any related personal injury, except for those that must be compensated by the Company after determination in accordance with the law.
Malfunctions and damages caused by:
- the use of an electric vehicle in places that do not meet the requirements of DSTU 3587-97 “Road traffic safety. Roads, streets and railway crossings. Requirements for operational condition”;
- the movement of an electric vehicle with an insufficient amount of operational materials (for example, gearbox oil, coolant or brake fluid) due to untimely detection of operational consumption or leakage;
- operation of an electric vehicle with an insufficient charge level of the electric battery and non-compliance with the rules for using and charging the main electric battery;
- use of operating fluids and lubricants not recommended by the Manufacturer;
- malfunctions of electrical systems caused by non-compliance with the conditions for charging an electric vehicle, as well as the parameters and characteristics of charging stations and charging devices;
- any damage caused by wrong actions during the management of the vehicle;
- exceeding the carrying capacity of the vehicle;
- use of non-original spare parts, modification of components and parts;
- carrying out maintenance or repairs at maintenance stations that are not authorized Service Centers authorized by an official Partner;
- non-fulfillment of the requirements specified in the Operation Manual and Maintenance and Warranty Instructions.
Terms of warranty termination:
The owner loses the right to guarantee the vehicle in general before the end of the warranty period of operation in the following cases:
- non-fulfillment or violation of the requirements of the operating instructions, maintenance instructions and guarantees, exceeding the operational capabilities of the bus.
neglecting daily inspection and scheduled maintenance; - failure to provide the vehicle at the disposal of service centers authorized by the official Partner and/or Manufacturer for maintenance for a period of more than 4.5 months or a mileage of more than 7,500 km from the date of the previous maintenance;
- incomplete performance of works in accordance with the periodic maintenance regulations;
- use of non-original spare parts;
- forced change of readings of the car’s total mileage (odometer), as well as unauthorized dismantling and disassembly of the instrument cluster;
- maintenance, repair and installation of additional equipment outside the official network;
- installation and use of any non-certified additional security devices and systems, anti-theft, audio, video, multimedia, parking, etc.
- unauthorized intervention in the electrical network of the vehicle;
- damage, in particular due to traffic accidents, if the main units (engine, gearbox, transfer case, rear axle, front beam, steering mechanism) need to be repaired or replaced, or fixed power elements of the body or frame need to be replaced or straightened.
WARNING
- Warranty service is provided only in the presence of a Service book with appropriate notes on the timely performance of maintenance, diagnostics and car repair operations in the volumes and quantities recommended by the Manufacturer / official authorized Partner.
- During warranty repair, only the defective part(s) that is the minimum assembly unit is replaced. If it is a part of an assembly or assembly that is not basic, then replacement of the assembly or assembly is possible if it is more economically feasible than replacing individual parts. If parts are available in the warehouse of the Service Center, the repair is carried out in a period not exceeding 14 working days from the moment of signing the Act of acceptance and handover of the vehicle for warranty repair (approval of the order-order), unless otherwise agreed by the parties. In case of lack of spare parts, repair (replacement) is carried out within the period agreed upon by the parties.
- In the event that the range of the motor vehicle is lower than that declared for the electric vehicle, this cannot indicate a manufacturing defect of the battery, according to the fact that this indicator depends on the operating conditions, driving mode and driving style, the intensity of wear of the electric vehicle parts, tire pressure , air humidity and other factors.
The warranty for parts repaired free of charge or installed instead of defective ones during warranty repair is provided until the end of the warranty period of the vehicle.
Car parts replaced under warranty become the property of the Manufacturer.

Maintenance requirements
Proper maintenance of the car will allow not only to maintain it in proper operating condition, but also contribute to the protection of the environment. All recommended programs are essential. Incorrect level of technical fluid or tire pressure increases emissions of harmful substances into the environment. To protect the environment and maintain the car in good condition, it is necessary to properly maintain the car. The maintenance intervals, inspections and tests specified in this manual, as well as the recommended lubricants and lubricants, are necessary to keep your vehicle in good condition. Any damage caused by failure to follow recommended maintenance practices is not covered under warranty.
Rules of mandatory maintenance
The costs of materials and man-hours of mandatory maintenance are borne by the Company. You will benefit from the free maintenance services provided you have this manual, driver’s license and invoices (or copies of invoices) at the “service station”. - In the event of any inconsistency between the mandatory maintenance content in this Manual and the User’s Guide, the maintenance-related content set forth in the User’s Guide shall prevail.
- During mandatory maintenance, the user bears the costs of work beyond the scope of quality assurance services.
Rules of routine maintenance
Another tip is to regularly maintain your vehicle to keep it in good condition for a long time, maintain it better, reduce maintenance costs and extend its life.
- After passing the mandatory (free) maintenance of your car, the term of the first scheduled regular maintenance is after 5,000 km of car mileage. During the warranty period, it is necessary to carry out regular maintenance at intervals of 7,500 km at the “Service Station”.
- After each scheduled maintenance, the “Service Station” fills in an invoice and the user signs it for confirmation. The registration sheet for routine work is filled out and sealed with the seal of the “Technical Service Station”.
- In case of non-performance of scheduled maintenance, or failure to perform scheduled maintenance at the “Service Station” within the specified period, quality assurance services are not provided for materials and vehicles.
- Costs for materials and man-hours associated with routine maintenance are borne by the user.
- Time and mileage limitations for each maintenance are specified in the Maintenance Period and the Technical Passport. During the warranty period, maintenance at the “Maintenance Station” must be carried out within the time limits specified in this letter. After the expiration of the maximum warranty period, namely 60 months or 200,000 km, it is recommended to carry out maintenance at the “Service Station” during the inter-service period.
